-- 1st Head: Cross sanding head with sliding pressure beam and chevron inner abrasive belt which automatically adjusts to part shape to prevent sanding through the veneer. Segmented sanding pad, distance between segments 40 mm. Tracer roller distance 20 mm. Abrasive belt size 150 x 5,500 mm (6" x 216"). Driven by 15 kW (20 HP) motor. Abrasive belt speeds 2,5 - 16 m/Sec (8 - 53 FPM).
-- 2nd Head: Longitudinal segmented polishing platen, Duplex-design, with self-adjusting segmented pad with elements distance 40 mm. Tracer roller distance 20 mm. Abrasive belt size 1,650 x 2,620 mm ( 64-15/16" x 103"). Inverter controlled motor 26 kW (35 HP). Abrasive belt speeds 2,5 - 16 m/Sec (8 - 53 FPM).
-- Brush roller for surface cleaning. Fibre brush 200 mm dia. (7.9"). equipped with hold-down rollers and dust extraction hood.
-- Ionization rod at outfeed.
-- Feed system: Variable feed speeds 5 - 18 m/min (16 - 59 FPM), driven by 3,5 kW (4,75 HP) motor. Constant pass-line 880 mm, part thickness 3 - 120 mm (1/8" - 4-3/4"). Vacuum conveyor bed system. Integrated over-thickness protection. Electrically-mechanic thickness adjustment of the work piece with digital read out. Roller table extension at outfeed.Complete with:
