The purchaser or its elected machinery removal contractors shall be responsible at its own cost for removing the machine from the auction location. Risk Assessments, Method Statements & Proof of Insurance must be submitted prior to any work taking place. Please note there are no overhead lifting facilities or fork lift trucks available on the site. The machine must be removed from the building no later than FRIDAY 6th MARCH, 2026.
