The purchaser or its elected machinery removal contractor shall be responsible at its own cost for electrically disconnecting and removing items from the site. Prior to any removals taking place risk assessments, method statements and insurance documentation must be forwarded to the auctioneers for approval. Any damage caused to the building whilst removing items will need to be paid for and contractors will be required to agree and sign documentation prior to any work taking place.
