Making a Payment

Our accounts department will send you an email confirming your purchases within 24 hours of the auction ending. Attached to your email will be our official invoice and also a payment and a removals procedure giving you instructions how to pay and collect.

All payments should be made to: Auction UK (M/CR) Limited

Payment methods acceptable for UK sales are:

Electronic Bank Payments
Upon receipt of your invoice please make payment immediately by electronic bank transfer. Please email a copy of your remittance advice quoting your invoice number.

Cash / Bankers Draft
Please take a copy of your invoice with you when paying by cash (up to a maximum of £10,000 - to satisfy current legislation regarding money laundering) or bankers draft.

Debit Card Payments will be accepted by Direct Debit Card. There will be a 3% charge for this.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We must receive cleared funds into our account prior to the release of any equipment. No exceptions.

VAT

Value Added Tax will be charged currently at 20% on all goods purchased. For sales made outside of the UK, VAT is charged on both the hammer price and buyers premium. If goods are subsequently removed or exported out of the UK, VAT can be refunded on the hammer price providing sufficient proof of export is supplied to our accounts department.
