High-speed, computer-controlled (CNC) automated single-ply and low-ply material cutting machine.

Unlike multi-ply cutters that chop through massive stacks of fabric at once, the DCS 3500 specializes in cutting single layers or low stacks with maximum speed, accuracy and material efficiency. Conveyorised Cutting Bed: The machine utilizes a continuous-moving conveyor belt system. It automatically pulls rolled fabric or material from a feeder, shifts it into the cutting zone and then advances the cut pieces out the other side for manual sorting.

Vacuum Suction System: To prevent flexible fabrics or composites from shifting mid-cut, a powerful integrated vacuum tightly seals and holds the material perfectly flat against the cutting surface.
Multi-Tool Head: The gantry system can support up to three tool mounts at the same time. This allows the machine to switch instantly between different cutting implements such as a straight knife, wheel knife, notchers, waterjets, or drills—and pen-plot alphanumeric labeling for part identification.
